I know nothing about this place but ……………….. i like your style,
me i like a nice room, doesnt matter to me how long i plan to use the room for PBR was perfect for the first trip, but only tonight Spicer77 and myself were talking about a return trip in September and i said i wanted to up the spec a bit. Guest houses are not for me and i am not megga rich or trying to show off but i stay in an awful lot in the UK, now i have something special to save up for so when i go on holiday i want quality and as others have said at around 40UK pounds a night this is brilliant.
More links please, like is it even in Pattaya ? i am off to google, but this could well be my next accommodation
WOW soi 7 and 8 2 places right next to my fav soi…..6

This is on the list of my possible hotels for November. I think a suite might be a good idea so that I can let the ladyboy sleep, while I get up! But there is no dividing wall between the living and sleeping areas.
The pool looks good.
I think it might be a choice between this hotel and Sea Me Spring Too.

I had a look at the thread TT gave a link to. It is about a guy is saying that he set up a camera in his room and filmed the room cleaner taking a 1,000 Baht note from shorts he left in the room.
And he's worried that if he reports her to the BiB or hotel management her relatives will come to the hotel and kill him!
I'd think it was his fault for leaving money around like that.
Other threads about Flipper House say it's good, but noisy until the early hours.

It's a bit out of my budget, but would love to stay at such a nice and roomy place if I could, I've booked the Diana-Oasis, C-Block studio for 35 nights and with power/water it still looks like only 625 baht a night when all is said and done. I agree with you there regarding Guesthouses as they are not really my style(learned this on my 1st trip,as the LB I was with compared my accomodations to the ST rooms at her bar
Have a great trip(but I know you will
