mike, don't know about Areca but nearly all hotels, if they'll let one in, will have no problem at all with two. Two that I've stayed at and done the duo are Sandy Spring and LK Renaissance. Three is a bit more tricky; most hotels draw the line at that.Dunno why. Maybe with that number it turns from a sex session to a party and can get too noisy. One of the LBs at Stringfellows told me of one good quality hotel that is OK with 3 LBs, but I'm afraid I've forgotten it!

I can confirm that Canterbury Tales does have a separate entrance and building. Also, they don't have bar girls, like you see in the other bars. It'a more of a book shop/cafe/restaurant.

Thank you.
The large room is quite spacious, which is on the 3rd floor - Room 4C.
Regarding the second part of your question, no. You have a key pass which opens the front door, no security guard to inspect ID's.

Can't you get passed that 500 baht charge by just making the reservation for 2 ppl? I know they tried to charge that at the Jomtien Thani on Soi 5 across from Sally's and he argued that he made the reservation for 2 ppl. and they didn't charge him Just a tought.

that's nice and a bit dangerous too . but if its allowing me more guests them i will take the risks as i will follow the newbie guidelines:not to have anything from a bg/lb
correct me if im wrong:
a joiner is a bg/lb who will stay with u in the room LT so that makes sense to charge unless u have booked for DOUble occ.
but what about if i bring the gals just for ST 2-3 at night only . is that too termed as joiner by hotels?
