Hi All

I arrive in BKK in 3 days time and staying there for 4 nights then off to PKT for six nights then back to BKK for another three night stint. I have ckecked what the weather will be during my stay with accuweather and its says that everyday over the two weeks in both areas is that it is going to be heavy rain & thunder storms in the both places all day & night.

I was wondering is any BM's there now and tell us what it is like there now as it says as stated above.

I went last year in the end of Sept till 1st week in Oct and it was lovely weather it rained heavy once or twice but that was just for about an hour or so, althou once again it stated that it would be heavy rain etc.

I packed all kinds last year and dont want to make the same mistake and lug a big suitcase around.

Any info gladly appreciated

Its much wetter this year than same time last year, that said it doesn't rain ALL the time. I'd say it rains at least every other day and then for a few hours on average.

Rain doesn't bother me, but last time I was in Patts it flooded for 2 days ... what a mess getting around (and need I say that you don't want to drink that water)
