You did two errors, maybe three. I admit to have done these errors, too at a certain time.
First error: Taking her even if she was evidently high as a kite, i.e. on yaba. You should have sent her away.
Second error: Not having taken her from Temptations. You would have the pay the barfine, bu you would have the possibility to complain to the mamasan the next evening. I doubt she would do such a theatre if she was barfined by yoy from Temptations.
Third error: Giving her the additional 1000 baht and moving to another hotel.
The hotel front desk will not help you in smaller hotels like Aspen Suites, Dawin, etc, since they do not really have a really security squad and do not want to have problems with the ladyboy themselves.
What you should have done is: Going to the reception and asking for her real identity. They would copy you on apiece of paper what they read from her ID card. Go with this info to the Police station near Lumpini to press charges. It is true that I was an infantry sergent in the Czechoslovak army and if somebody threatens me, my repsponse is adequante or stronger than the death threat.
I had a similar situation with Yoyo the freelancer (NOT Yoyo from Temptations who is very nice). Here is the story:

Serious Warning Against Yoyo aka Kim, Freelancer on Soi 4 and Lower Sukhumvit, Bangkok
I was with Yoyo three or four times.
I met her first time exactly on 12 September 2009. She was freelancing
on Soi 4. I took her for a drink in Lucky Luke, we talked, she seemed
to be nice. Spoke really excellent English, grammatically correct,
with only a slight accent, mastering a large vocabulary. We agreed on
the price and went to my hotel (Dawin). In the hotel we had another
cocktail first, since she wanted to smoke on the veranda. In the room
she fucked me first - she drilled me well with a good hard-on. When I
wanted to fuck her, she refused categorically. When I grabbed a condom
and KY jelly, she had a hysterical reaction, almost crying "NO, NO,
YOU CANNOT FUCK ME". I payed her the agreed amount and she went away.
I analyzed the situation later - much later - this way. She spent time
in prison for drug consumption/possession - since she had quite short
hair. In prison she was probably raped round the clock, hence her
reaction. So, except the hysterical reaction at the end, everything
was OK. She was nice, had a conversation, was witty, spoke excellent
English, had a beautiful body, her boob job was excellent, her face
appealed to me.
I met her the second time on 15 May 2010. She was freelancing as
usually in front of Nana Plaza entry. She had a flashy red dress and
was wearing a wig. I took her but agreed with her that I will fuck her
and if she refuses I will pay her only 500 baht. Unfortunately, in my
room I noticed that she is under influence of a chemical substance,
probably yaba. It was too late, so I decided to proceed and hoped for
the best. The first problem appeared immediately when we entered the
room: she wanted to be payed upfront - what I categorically
refused. She fucked me quite well, but not that well as the last
time. I fucked her, too, but it was only so-so. She is definitely a
top. Does not like to be penetrated, so she is not really
versatile. As I was giving her the money, she made a con artist move
putting the money under the band of her wig, pulling out from there
two 100 baht notes, trying to pretend that I payed her only 200
baht. I told told her that the money I gave her is in her wig and

The third time I met her on 5 October 2010, but I did not take her to

usually?", I answered YES. She told me "We will meet at 11 o'clock",
what I interpreted as 11pm and thought "dream on, baby". Next day (6
October 2010) at 11am the hotel phone rings, as Yoyo was calling me
from the reception of the hotel. I sent her away telling her that I
sleep. In fact, I had Ex for LT in my bed. Yoyo left telling me on the
phone: "I am so hornyyyyyyy".
The fourth time I met her on 28 November 2010. I met her next to the
police booth on the corner of Sukhumvit and Soi 4. Actually, I went to
meet Kelly, another BM with whom I wanted to have dinner and then go
bar hopping at Nana. Yoyo had very short hair, no wig, and acted
normally. I though she did once more a stay at the monkey house and
should be clean now. We went to Big Dogs for a drink or two and I
called Kelly that I wait for him in BD. He joined us and called Tiny
(#88 from Cascade) to join us, too. From Big Dogs we went for dinner
to Charlie's Kitchen on Soi 4. We were upstairs and it was a lot of
fun. From Charlie's Kitchen we went in a taxi to Patpong to KC3, where
we spent some time. I saw Nit (on my to-do list) and small
Cartoon. From there we crossed Surawong road and went to Boy-Zone. We
went to a show with naked boys, which did not inspire me at all. After
the show we took a taxi back to Nana, Kelly and Tiny went to his
hotel, and we continued to Dawin. Before going upstairs I asked Yoyo
how much she wants. She answered me that I should not take her for a
prostitute (what she actually is anyway). I told her that I will pay
her as usually. In the room she fucked me three or four times, and
came every time. I knew that I will be bottom only that night.
After the deed, I payed her 2000 baht - what is very generous for a
freelancer. She did the same con trick as before, to which I responded
that she did it to me last time. She gave up on this, but wanted more
money. I refused. She insisted vigorously, but I told her a definite
NO. As she was leaving, she told me in the door: "Next time you go to
Nana, you will die for sure!" and she left. Upon which I ran to the
hotel phone, called the reception, and asked them to not give her back
her ID. Unfortunately, the reception girls gave her back her ID. It
took me a while to dress and get down. I asked the reception ladies
why they gave her back her ID, but got only the answer "it was her
ID". I asked for her identity record in the files at the reception,
telling them that I will go to the police, since I will not accept a
death threat (I was an infantry sergeant in the Czechoslovak army and
ensured a 6-month prison to a soldier that threatened me once to
blow-up my mouth). I got Yoyo's personal record, but only in
Thai. Went to the police booth at the crossing of Sukhumvit and Soi
4. Explained the officer on duty what happened and showed him the
record. He called someone. After a while arrived another policeman on
a motorbike to whom I had to explain the incident once more. He told
me that I must go next morning to the Lumpini police station to press
charges. I saw a definite unwillingness to act, unless I gave them
some tee money.
I left the booth and met Odett from Cascade. We went for a drink to a
bar in front of Nana and I explained to her what happened to me. I do
not think Odett fully understood what I was telling her, since she
understood that Yoyo had stolen 2000 baht from me. Actually, Odett
wanted very much to make up a blunder, which she did three nights ago
when she got drunk in the Hollywood disco and I had to bring her
home. After the drink we parted, I went back to Dawin and slept.
At 3:30am the hotel phone rang and the reception lady asked me to come
down. I dressed and arrived at the reception. There I saw Yoyo and
Odett in a heated argument in front of the reception lady, who did not
know what to do. I asked Odett what happened. She told me she obliged
Yoyo to give me back the 2000 baht. In the meantime Yoyo went
ballistic, causing a major scandal at the reception. I explained the
whole situation to the reception lady, who translated it to Odett. She
broke down in tears, explaining that she wanted to help me. I took her
in my arms, told her that everything is OK concerning her, but Yoyo is
the problem. I then asked the reception lady to call the police, to
which she answered: "Police will not come." I explained once more the
death threat Yoyo launched at me. The lady and Odett obliged Yoyo to
apologize to me. Odett and Yoyo left and I went back to sleep.
It cost me a barfine for Odett the next night. As I was told later,
she told Yoyo that I should be left in peace and that Yoyo would get
her ass kicked by Janet and other ladyboys if she was found in front
of Nana. I saw Yoyo freelancing on Sukhumvit in front of Landmark
hotel the remaining days. She made a peace gesture and told me: "Come
on Nick, smile." However, I acted as if she were
transparent. Apparently, she was surprised that I stood under the
protection of other ladyboys and that the incident took such
dimension.
I do not know where she took yaba or got intoxicated with another
chemical substance, since she was clean when we were in Big Dogs. I
suspect she took something when she went to the toilet in Charlie's
Kitchen or to the toilet in the Boyzone bar.
Hence I launch a serious warning against Yoyo, the freelancer on Soi 4
and lower Sukhumvit. She has short hair, what is a definite indication
she had problems with the police, very probably for drug
consumption. You can easily recognize her according to my photos. She
has two tattoos, which she tries to hide on the photos. A bat above
her right tit, which she tries to hide by her hand
and with the wig. The second is an eagle on her left back shoulder.

Since then, even if Yoyo sees me at Nana, usually in Big Dogs, she avoids even the eye contact with me.
Hence, if a ladyboy launches a death threat on you, just call her bluff. OK, I admit that with my 1m86 (6'2'') and 95kg, the ladyboys think twice before they try something.
