Hi there,

I have a sore throat for 3 weeks now ... enough for me ... I need a doctor I guess ...

Would love to have a German speaking doctor but the only one i know of is far in south pattaya.
Anyone know a good doctor in Naklua, must not speak german but english.
I am looking for someone who not just hands out medical certificates for a couple of baht ...
Would be good if he would know what he is doing

any suggestions?

I used for two times Pattaya International Hospital on soi 4, near BIG C in North-Pattaya. No problems there and price was ok.

You could try Dr Belham in Soi 4, 2nd Road. If you are heading towards Naklua on 2nd road then directly opposite Soi 6/1 is Soi 4 that leads towards the Jamieson Hotel. 100 meters up Soi 4 on the right hand side is Dr Belham's surgery. She is an old Philipino doctor who is married to a Thai doctor; she is fully registered to work in thailand as a doctor. She speaks excellent English and is a genuine doctor, not like many Thai clinics.

Used both doctor behlen & Olivier in the past. I'd go for dr Olivier every time. Swiss doctors training is first class

If we're talking about the same Dr, I'll add my recommendation too. I've got her business card as she is the only Doctor I've used in Pattaya...her actual name is Dr Belen Phangmuangdee and the surgery is at 370/37-38 Soi Sukruedee Pattaya Road 2. The phone number is (038) 410295-7. She provides a very reasonably priced service and has proved invaluable on a number of occasions.

I believe Dr Mengele has an office on Soi Buakow he is fluent in German ,he set up with an English Chap called Shipman,there are rumours both are of interest to Interpol.
