EXACT same thing happened to me in Saigon (HCMC).

An absolute 10/10 superstar drove around on a funky moped and asked if I liked her. I said yes and she asked if I wanted to go to her room. How much - $15 (the alarm bells should have started then I suppose !).

Went back to the ST motel on her moped and she kept asking that I take shower. I took my wallet in with me and then when I came back, she saw that I put it back in my shorts. She said she wanted to enjoy sexy shower together, so we go again.

STRAIGHT AWAY, I remembered this sites warning and I had a wee peek in the wardrobe and then under the bed.......Hello you little thieving fucker ! Another LB (a dreadful looking one I may add !) was under the bed.

They had the cheek to say, "ok no boom boom, you pay for room!"

I said, ok we get police. She said, "You get police, then I get my boyfriend and he will shoot you".

I thought it was time to part our ways, get out the ST hotel and jump on the nearest motorbike taxi. I didnt pay the room obviously.

It just shows you how invaluable these sites are for information. !

About 2 years ago, I went upstairs with a GG from a bar on Soi 6 (I don't remember the name but it's the one where the girls are all dress in school uniforms with tartan miniskirts). The room she took me in didn't have a shower so, once undressed, we headed out together.
As we were on the landing I noticed another girl walking up the stairs towards us, but I paid her no heed. Anyway, we showered, had some 'boom boom', I paid and left. It wasn't until I was back at my hotel I noticed anything amiss. Most of my money was gone. I remembered I'd foolishly left my clothes unattended while showering. That other girl must have dashed into the room, lifted some of the notes from my wallet, while cunningly leaving some notes in the hope I wouldn't notice.
I'd certainly not noticed while grabbing a 500 Baht to pay the gal in the dimly lit bedroom, giddy with sex and beer.
Anyway, lesson learnt. Now, when short-timing, I never let my wallet out of my sight.

So, this scam has traveled? Got done like this in Negril, Jamaica.

Whilst Showering together, her friend comes in the house/shack & takes money from back of wallet, leaving the smaller notes near the front alone. Then when we leave the bathroom before anything can get started her moby rings....... says its her brother coming round to visit & I must go. Even ordered me a taxi!

I'd just been to the ATM earlier, so i had split the cash up, some in my wallet, some in my shorts pocket, she damed well got that aswell!

Weng to cop shop next day & reported it. Was taken in a 4 x 4 with 2 armed cops who ransacked her shack looking for the cash, but ofcourse her friend had had it away. Clever! They arrested the girl & took us to the nick, her sat in the back next to me!!!!!!!
Chief of police was very good, but he pointed out a waste of time going to court with no evidence, which ofcourse i knew already, so i let it go.

In my hotel or short time rooms i always keep my pants with my wallet where i can see, during shower i bring in the toilet putting on the lavatory or on the towel stick, when the gg or ladyboy show an surprise expression i smile and reply 'its italian education'

Few years ago in Pattaya on Beach road had "Under the bed scam" tried on me but while the LB was sat on me on bed she kept looking over her shoulder so suspecting something was amiss I got her off me and proceeded to lift the bed up to discover a "mute" LB (damm ugly as well)with money sticking out of her front shirt pocket which I proceeded to grab,along with the ugly mute.....neither of them were happy at that.A couple of the ubiquitous thai hotel glasses came flying towards me which,I managed to dodge fortunately.

I somehow got the ugly mute to the door and managed to get out of the room dragging her with me,and then promptly fell down the stairs doh.

She scrabbled up and I screaming loudly managed to have it on my toes out of the place.Running back to the beach road I almost ran into a policeman who I got to come back with me to the STR which was padlocked ???.No sign of either of the thieving bitches anywhere so he shrugged his shoulders and we left it at that.

What made my day though was that I'd been coming back from Jomtien after being on the beach all day and I'd only had about 120 baht in my shorts,but when I got back to my room I checked the money which I'd grabbed from the mute and discovered that there was over 500 baht,obviously that tried the same scam on a few guys.

So crime does pay but I kept away from that bit of the Beach Road for a while after,just in case.
Must admit the 1st few beers that night went down REALLY well,LOL.
