Hi Guys

Recently had dinner at the Thai bbq with a lovely LB on Soi 1 and in my opinion everyone should try this place out! It was great! basically the setup is a buffet where you go and grab different types of foods from raw meats, seafood to vegetables, and all the typical types of thai food! They place a mini size bbq in the middle of the table where you cook the food yourself and and the flavours of the food drip to the sides to make a nice thai soup. I also suggest to have a Thai girl/Lb with you as it will add to the experience, they know what to choose and what not especialy the ped/spicy stuff!! costs 120b each but for some reason I paid 100b x2

I hate myself for not having my camera, so if you go take one!

places like this all over LOS and, I agree, great value and fun

also, your LB will probably do all the "cooking" for you - so you can relax and enjoy. Personally, I like to help out on the culinary side

those places are awesome.but it is even better to go to the villiage and have one at the families house.especially when you get about 4 of them cooking.plus family members always turn up with exotic things....

I was there too, and yes you are in all right!!! That was avery special experience for me......Love this place and will go there again for shure with my LB when i am in Pattaya again!

Sorry guys but you are full of shit!

The place is not good by any stretch of the imagination! It is for Thais, please leave it to the Thais to enjoy. If they wanted any fucking westerners there they would have signs written in English and the staff would speak good English! Take the hint!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been there many times with Thai girls/lb's but do not for one fucking minute tell me that it is a good resturant! It is a cheap resturant!

If you want a GOOD resturant there are a couple on walking street, lots that wealthy Thais know about and hundreds in Bangkok!

Dont think just cause the Thais like it's good!

what i like about the out of the way Thai BBQs is that there are no tourists.

and the thais you're with feel comfotable in theseplaces.

you let the girls cook, you order a bunch of large leos and you're out of there for about 200 per person.

the ones that provide the best value are the busy ones, like eateries anywhere in the world.

but they're not for everyone and best on a cool night.

I've eaten at those places, I quite like them. Certainly agree about letting the girl choose. I've had foods there I would never have tried otherwise. Only been there with GG's sadly.

I enjoy the mo ga tats and go on a regular basis. The only thing that annoys me is that I like cooking my stuff and hate it when the ladies try to take over, even though I know they only want to help. It's my 1/3 of the bbq- feck off!!!!

Pretty sure this is the place I picked up a nasty parasitic bug on my last trip! Enjoyed eating there but lots of hands in the food mmm
