The plan was to pay for a more expensive flexible date flight ticket and make a reservation that she was going home after a 3 week holiday in the UK. Then when she arrives, defer the return ticket. The visit visa was good for 6 months and by that time, we would know if we loved/hated/indifferent about each other.
Anyways, didn't quite get that far in the plans
ahhh p4p girls, they are not the easiest choices in the world

My experience is with non p4p gg so for a ladyboy it is probably a little more difficult. But I am sure a little more admin on your side should improve the chances of your gg/lb getting a visa. When you apply for the the visa throw EVERYTHING at them, including the kitchen sink. Here is some of the infomation I gave.
6 month bank statement for each of us
My employment contract
A typed letter (detailed) each explaining how we met and why we wanted the visa
Pics of us together
Her lease for her appartment
Her qualifications (translated) and mine
A reference from her boss
Proof I own an appartemtn and that she is invited to stay
Copies of our ID's and passport with all my entry exit stamps to LOS.
Give them way more than they ask for. They will look at everything and too much information will not be a problem for them.
If they are p4p there was ways of geeting some of this infotmation. Eg, fake letter from a Salon.
Good Luck

Basically wasent me, was the problem was her she done it before 6 months prior to trying for uk, She tried to do it
Through German embassy with another guy was refused then, How they found out i have no Idea, she never mentioned that to me, or on her application form and uk embassy knew all about it refused her entry because of that. So i dont bother any more to many secrets with them and they not always honest with u when u apply, Just have there backgrounds checked before u apply a visa with them it really not worth all the hassle.

Yes I got my GF off 4 years into the UK. Got rejected first time as "no reason to go back home" even though as laptop sates we had loads of evidence including.
Letter from her employer (non BG).
Pictures of us together and vists to her family and village.
Her bank statements showing her savings and salary.
Letters from friends stating how long we been together etc.
My bank and savings statements.
Phone records showing same numbers for 4 years.
Her school and hair dressing certs.
Copies of my passport showing 20+ trips over last 4 years.
Written statement by my saying I would take care mak mak etc.
So was pretty pi*****d when it got rejected. But she went back home and got her family to transfer a decent area of land into her name, I only had to pay the legal fee.
We waited 6 months and then tried again, and it went straight through no interview no nothing. Got a 6 month visa and came to the UK first for a month and then back thai, and then back uk for 3 months and had one hell of a time getting her back as her visa was due to run out just arround the same time as the BKK airport was closed last year. Was close but I manged to get her out off the uk 2 days before her visa expired. She was on one of the first flights back into swampy.
Now off course she wants to come back but from what I have read on a visitor visa the UK only likes to give once in 12 months so we are waiting for now, as I am off back to Thai soon anyway.
So its possable just got to work at it, was a great time having her here as only my closest friends knew the truth about her and was amazing out and about with her as people would stare and take a double take as she sexy mak mak

Look at it this way; If you had a sex-change in Europe or the US and decided to go and work or live in Thailand, do you really think it's going to happen?
I mean no offence, but some of you live in a dream world. Please get with the programme. The girls in Thailand are to be enjoyed in Thailand. They are NOT to be whisked away from the place both you and she love, to a country where she doesn't speak the language, has no friends apart from you, can't watch crap Thai TV, hates the climate, can't get Thai food or the ingredients to cook it herself, and begins to hate you with every breath for bringing her to this hell-hole, because you're out at work and leave her alone.
We ALL love the Thai LB's, but Purleez, don't lose your common sense.

I hope you not think I am going after you personally, I just seem to disagree a lot with you’re statements and opinion.
I know you now live in Thailand, and have first hand knowledge to a lot of things.
So just for giving you a short on my background, my first time in LOS was in 1987, from 89 – 90 I lived there one year, together with my wife to be.
When I met her she was working in a gogo rock’n roll bar.
We was married for 17 years, and have one son. It was all fine but love dried out, so we split 2 years ago, and are now divorced.
But we are still friends and can talk and cooperate together.
She still lives in Norway and run her own shop. She speaks fluent Norwegian, took her Norwegian driving license after 2 years in the country. Has a lot of friends, both Thai and Norwegian. She can watch Thai tv from a satellite, and have access to all the Thai food she need to cook her own traditional food.
I want to move to Thailand and live there, she wants to stay in Norway, at least for 5 – 10 years more.
So you see all the reasons you wrote about not taking them out of their country, does not fit all.
So please do not generalize all with your own opinions.
And I know many Thai girls that are happy here, and in the same situation as we was, and are.
I have been coming regularly to Thailand all these years, so I do know a bit about it too.
Quote:
...It may be possible, with extreme determination, but sorry Guys, it is entirely impractical.
No need for extreme determination, just do what the embassy say you should, provide all the documents, and there you go.
And there should be no different in getting a visa for a LB then a GG.
They have to treat everybody at the same rules, period.
If not, take to a higher level.

I have not a clue what you mean by this? There is just no comparison?

Well excuse me, but this is not for you to decide, I think most people are quite capable decide where they want to go. This is really a low blow, thinking the Thai are not able to enjoy another country?
What kind of view do you really have on the Thai people?
Like I said before, none of this reasons are accurate, where do you get it from?
Have you ever spoken to Thai that lives in a western country? Or is it just something you made up?
I think if you are having a relationship with a Thai, it s good for her to come and see your home country.
Otherwise it is pretty hard for them to imagine where you come from, and that there are anothere life then just your holiday life.

They "melt" in to the new society very well.
So i for one,as well as you dont know where the magician gets his info from.
Generalizeing is no good thing,IMHO.
