Ok here is a post sex routine all should do to avoid bacteria..

1. Remove condom and take piss

2. Gargle Listerine for 30 secs to a minute..

3. Shower cleaning the penis thoroughly with anti-bacterial body wash.. e.g. Tea Tree body wash

4. Dry off thoroughly

This simple routine will help eliminate possible bacterial infection of the throat and urinary track.

Probably a very good idea but usually I'm either too pissed or to tired from fucking a lot to continually follow all those steps.

While sexual activity is a risk factor. One can develop UTI for no apparent reason.

Yes, using a Doc, he doubled the dose, said tests show it's a UTI and reacts to the drugs, just need to up them. Not much known about how you get them, shit happens.

Had a similar case 5 years ago.

The only thing, what helped:
a combination of 2 different antibiotics. - I had already a high dosis...
(Seems that was one of those cases of antibiotic resistance...)

Yep, this one I am on is broad spectrum, and the lab tests on my samples showed it work, upping the dose should work. Fingers crossed.

Was difficult when I was in my early teens, can't do that now with my flexibility and cock size LOL even if I wanted to. Frankly sucking LB cock is more my thing. ;)

Interesting...
I had had the Cipro/Doxy course before, so the lab tests gave on one hand no good results due to their affect, on the other hand the symptoms remained, the pain even moving more "inward".
So he decided after 1 week to change.
... good to have a reliable, experienced Urologist - wouldn't know, what to do in a non-standard, more complicated case here in LOS.

The Lab tests didn't show it those two drugs having an impact, they seem to test which drug kills the bacteria rather than determine the bacteria type.

Good for expats, but if on holiday I would not want to happen while I was in a hotel on vacation. It knocked me out for a few days.

See my story above...
The very first standard cipro / doxy therapy was a local doc.
The one, who solved the problem, was a European urologist, I know since my FKK CLUB times, first with increased dosis, then changing the antibiotics.

I am no expert, just read the lab results with the doc and Cefalexin Was the only drug that tested positive for impact on the bacteria. other bacteria will need the Cipro, and then Doxy in the least common infection. What is common may differ on where and how you got the infection though. But let's see how this goes, feeling much better quicker on my new does, although it does give me the shits.
