if you are looking for a fine dining type of meal mantra is probably about the best you will fine. they offer different styles of asian food mainly chinese and japanese. it is a little on the pricy side for pattaya but it is the best food i have had in the city

Yes, I agree it is one of the nicest places to dine in Patts.
I don't mind paying good money for great food. I think it is over-priced for what you get.
That said, if you are on a special occasion evening, then it is worth having a look.
I was lucky enough to be invited whilst a friend was on a business expenses evening.

Definitely agree it's the best in Pattaya. Pricey for some but you can do it fairly resonably if you pass or limit on the drinks/wine.

Been there myself two days in a row. really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere is great as well.

My most recent experience there was about 6 weeks ago - well below average.
The presentation and service were excellent as usual but the food was not up to their usual standard.
Maybe it was an 'Off' night - I hope so as Mantra is a leading restaurant in Pattaya.
It is more expensive but if you do not drink Cocktails/Wine the price is much better - their drinks are expensive.
