Guys there are some so called documented cases of getting hiv with oral sex ( sucking cock) without ejaculate, but they seem to be rare.
The kind of investigations and documentation are unreliable. the doctors don't expose test persons to the virus etc so they arn't sure about it.
They do think that if you tell people that they are not allowed to do anything people will do it all unsafe. so they reccommend to keep the unsafe sex to the oral sex without ejaculation etc.


I do hope all this hiv is bullshit. I always have safe sex and kinda hate it lol. I just wanna do it without getting all paranoid about it lol.

I lived with a HIV posotive ladyboy for 2 years, and did everything without a condom (except her fucking me - off the menu - too high a risk)
Tested regularly, and still clear. Swallowed too.
I believe that transmission is related to viral load - highest at the start of the infection, and when AIDS strikes.
As she had had it long before meeting me, and no symptoms, I decided that the risk was low. Besides, I'm 62 now, dunno if I'll last another 10 years anyway.

This is a very interesting thread that has very serious consequences. My two cents worth:

1) Read as much as possible from reliable sources, and don't depend on anecdotal evidence.

2) It is always easier to believe what we want to believe, so be careful.

3) If you are getting serious with a LB and want to have her tested, be prepared ahead of time. Some of you have read my account of when I asked my LB GF to get tested for STDs before I came back to LOS. She discovered that she was HIV positive and tried to kill herself. If she had succeeded, I might have blamed myself.

4) Someone mentioned that the only for sure thing is that you can't get a LB pregnant. Maybe true, maybe not, we keep trying just in case.

Did you fuck her without a rubber? so just her not doing it to you, which I believe is the highest chance of infection?

Personally I wouldn't swallow anyways, but I hear stomach acid almost kills anything, although virus and food poisoning can be rife, if the girl is HIV, then I wouldn't myself.

My girlfriend happens to work for an HIV help group in Germany. Right now, they are advising this:

- you can give/receive blowjobs without a condom, provided there is no ejaculation in the mouth
- so called "pre-cum" may be contagious, however, the viral load is extremely low and saliva seems to be killing HIV
- the problem with sperm is that it contains a high viral load - if it comes in contact with your mouth, there is a chance of infection; thus, they recommend to pull the penis out prior to ejaculation
- if your partner happens to come in your mouth, you should spit it out and rinse with lots of water

As for stomach acid: yes, viruses have little chances there, but before they reach your stomach, they pass through other problematic areas, such as your throat; spitting out is definitely the better option

I have given only one BJ to a LB, and that was with condom. I didn't like the taste of rubber, makes it feel like sucking a dildo. Next time will be without condom, although I am a bit scared..
