No name that I am aware of, but it is a big place that is hard to miss, just follow LuvYouLongTime's directions they are spot on,
A good reference point for MB taxis in short walking distance is the intersection of 2nd Rd and Pattaya Klang(Central Rd)
then just walk up Pattaya Klang away from the beach, it will be on your left

quite tall maybe 1.75m, hormone tits, mouth like a hoover. left my neck black and blue with hickies
very attentive, to the point of putting my toothpaste on my brush and putting my socks and shoes on for me
(I only had one pair and it was the 3rd day so that is putting up with some serious stink)
but I am effin serious about the butterflying thing, she spent over half an hour trying to kick down the door screaming in Thai that she will kill my other ladyboy and in English she will kill herself, while the guesthouse staff gathered around to watch,

Great value, excellent seafood, heaps of Thai (must be good!), very basic inside, but worth a trip.
I'd rate the food higher than Mumm Arroy (sorry for spelling) on 3rd Road (opposite LunLa on 3rd Road Soi 6), but the atmosphere in Mumm Arroy nicer. Complete mix of people, seems to be lots of effem guys serving at times, and have pretty much always seen LBs there with no-one staring.
The Mumm Arroy in Naklua is a drive, but nice right beside the sea. Huge place and always busy so the food is always really fresh.
Hopf on Beach Road (Near Royal Garden) does a great steak. Local beef (its about THB250, so I guess it is local) but really tasty and comes out on one of those sizzling hot plates.

Why on earth would you want English food in Thailand? Ah, I forgot, you're an American (no offence intended), so pie, chips and peas is a novelty. Glad you used the correct term for fried sliced potatoes!

The woman who runs the place was married to a old US Navy vet called Charlie who has now snuffed it but their is some interesting memorabilia on the wall like his citations and folded US flag from his funeral in a glass case.
There is also HP sauce for putting on the brekkie.

Their breakfast is very good and was my morning tea place to relax and watch the News on the big screen. As to restaurants I still prefer Buffets because of the enormous range of what you can sample/eat, over and over and over.
