I fell at the first fence, " Drink nothing only water ", I can't cut down never mind give up the bastern booze (beer/lager).

Red wine at home, gin and SODA in Thailand. Those are THE least glycemic loaded options I now.

Beer has got to go.

Not many LOS bars have wine. I do like gin and tonic. They don't make them very strong here though

My last trip I was drinking vodka soda and a dash of orange juice,and to my surprise I lost a couple of kilograms..was also eating mainly Thai food.

his video is spot on.
he forgot to mention you also need to cut down on pasta. these are also starch and starch once in your body becomes sugar.
drink water
eat more vegetables
eat low fat white meat
reduce starchy food (potatoes, rice, pasta, bread)
move one hour a day as a minmum.
