Looking forward to the responses you get as I haven't found one

Have tried twice and they weren't cheap and the results were not good

I wait until I go to  my old school guy in UK now ..cheaper and a great product

Its always surprised me as one would expect it to be the same model as surgery . dentistry , so maybe I am doing something wrong

Probably better doing it in Bangkok than Pattaya. Half dozen recent examples reminded me of comment from My old (Thai) Country head some 18 years ago . "Nobody who is good chooses to work in Pattaya". Those recent examples brought it home to me on whole range of matters. I think he had a point.

Pattaya Optic in Pattaya Klang. Owned and run by Mr Borachai who speaks perfect English.

Its on the left hand side from No. 2 road Opposite Kasikorn bank. Have been going there for years,

Inexpensive and good service. He is on Google.

The opticians are not nearly as thorough in los than the ones in the U.K., and buying specs in Thailand is expensive as well.

If you are from the uk you cannot go past Specsavers two pairs of designer specs with lenses for £125

Yes.

Charoen Optical.

One can buy innumerable glasses, off the street.

With innumerable promises.

But, I went into Charoen Optical, had the full range of tests.

Because I was curious as to the condition of my eyes.

I left there, with an assessment that was on the money.

For a pittance of the price I would have paid at home.

Of course, they tried to sell me a set of eye glasses and I did oblige.

Was it that Girl, in the sleek white uniform? Prof erring?

You be the judge.

:)
