What is the easiest way to extend a 30 day visa when staying in Bangkok.

I am booked for 35 days and may not now leave the country.

I do not mean do a visa run but which office is best to go to.

If this is allowable.

Unfortunately, the only place, unless you're working in a few particular jobs, is at the immigration building at the large government complex in Chaengwattana. I went about a month ago. I got an MRT to Chatuchak, I think, and then a taxi. Once there, I had to wait quite a while to be seen. Then they chucked everyone out for lunch. Then I had to wait some time to get my passport back. You have to pay 1900 baht for the extension and take ID and proof of onward travel. All in all it was expensive and time-consuming. 100 times easier in Pattaya / Jomtien.
