Does anyone know where I can buy one in Thailand?
Earlier the oneplus 3 was available in MBK in BKK.
Thank you.

Oppo another Chinese manufacturer is really being pushed in Thailand.  Have you considered the 5T think its been released in Asia.

Thank you Pat. I will look at MBK later this month when I am there.

Yes the 5T is being released I think this month.
I have had the oneplus 1 and 3. The 2 was not good.
The 3 is very good but wanted to have a look at the 5 and 5T of course.
For the price it's a steal. None of the oneplus I had ever froze or had any problems at all.

If you are an expat I'd be wary of buying a One plus due to very limited support. I broke my One plus and I had a lot of trouble getting it fixed. A better option might just be to get the Oppo version of the phone called the R11s.

If it's a screen replacement then you can get it done in MBK in BKK.
I don't live in Los so repair is not an issue for me unless it's a cracked screen
I have had no problems with my previous two oneplus phones.
It's the best I have had and to me a lot better than the iPhone.
Software issues I deal with it myself. So far no problems at all

Repair isn't an issue until it breaks whilst your in LOS lol. Maybe they have the parts now but they didn't when I cracked my One plus One.

OnePlus 5t was just announced today. Probably not available in LOS for awhile but it's a better phone imo.

Yes I want the 5T as well. Might go for it rather than the 5.
I think the Thais never expected the demand for the oneplus.
I was in a shop in MBK and within the course of about 5 mins there were 3 Arabs asking for the oneplus 1.
It was the days of the oneplus 1.
Now they have realised the demand by foreigners and stocked in some shops.

Support is important for any phone you buy. I got the tgf a Xiaomi Mi Max which was a nice phone but she dropped it of course. Couldn't get it repaired anywhere around Pattaya and it wasn't worth the cost to send it to BKK/China. Ended up ditching it.
