Anyone stayed at the sunview place on soi Buakhoa? seems like a nice place and they are offering (pool view room) for 1 month at 18,000 baht looks good on the net.... this is a new hotel think its only been open 2 years was just wondering anyone stayed there? and are they LB friendly? :Bunch Of Roses:

Stayed there once and it was fine. LB friendly and nice rooms. You will enjoy.

Just received this email from Sunview after trying to book a room:

Terms & Conditions

on the first day to check in
To pay in advance for all days to stay (7-12 May.11)
and to pay deposit for the room 1,000 baht / room

Rates includes water and electricity,
Swimming pool. Air-conditioner,
Refrigerator,Lift, Warm water, Cable TV,
Private Balcony, clean room every day,

Free internet 30 min. in Lobby
not free in room ,100 THB/day

This price NOT include breakfast,
the rooms are different
by the size and view and sofa bed

**One room stay 2 persons.
If you stay 1 person
you can take one person to your room
and leave her ID CARD
at the Reception Desk and no charge
but take lady more than 1 lady
we charge 500 B per 1 lady after


Not accept lady boy

We have the safety box on the front desk
and in the room, free service.

Booked myself into the Siam Guest House, who had no problem with my choice of guests.

I got their Deluxe (big) Room for 700 Baht a night.
