Have someone flight with them?

They offer low season price Frankfurt to BKK for 372 Euro.

They use Dreamliners and as i read they belong to the 20 saftiest airlines.

Never flown with them either..  but recently came 2nd in the list of the World's Worst Airlines. Rated relatively highly for safety and timeliness, but very badly for service.

I flew from London Heathrow with them last year and apart from the 4 hour stop in Amman on the way home they were very good. I didn't eat any of the food but then again I never do eat on Airlines. For £350 return to Bangkok it was excellent value!

I’ve used them a couple of times and had no issues.

Quite surprised they are rated so poorly (Air India and Air China are fucking horrendous).

RJ fly modern Dreamliner’s so it must be the lack of alcohol available causing the dissatisfaction.

Queen Alia is one of the best airport’s I’ve transited through. Calm with plenty of seating areas to dose off.

Sounds interesting! Thx for Feedback (not feetback)

And safety ranked under top 20 of 409 Airlines. And as u mentioned they use new dreamliners. And under 400 Euro!
