I know some one who stayed there,,he was very happy with the place...I pass by it lots of time and lots of LB lovers well,,because Didis bar is only 10 steps from there ...restaurant is always bizy well...
But lots of bars there so its not going to be quiet before 2-3 am...

ok its pretty run down, ,musty smell, peeling walls badly shaped room, hard and thin mattress, sheets dont look too clean

but does have in room safe

but it is ok for its price but i stayed at better round the corner,

I will be looking to move tomorrow,

its not bad at all for the money, and you get a safe and a discreet entrance to come and go as you please.

The place i went to is Hi5 Guest house
Will put up a review.

I Should clarify that i stayed in the 450bt room the cheapest one and they probably have better rooms at higher rates (up to 650bt)but i didnt see them


I also went to billbull guesthouse for which the description for this place is also accurate in every regard except the room was smaller and the bedsheets had bedbugs

If you are still interested, they might pick up their game (the location is great for lb lovers and the surrounding guesthouses definitely deserve a trial run)

Billbull is located on Soi Skaew Beach (opposite siam bayview hotel)
Pattaya 2nd rd
the guest house is about 30m in from 2nd rd

Its the old cafe euro it has a new sign (see second link)
