I think I'd rather have my own condo or apt. for a month.
Any ideas as to the best way of finding one?
Agents?
clasifieds?
Any one have any leads I'd appreciate them
cheers

It's usually best to rent a hotel for a couple nights and just walk around to find a place for longer term. There are so many available and that way you can be sure if it meets your needs (location, noise, etc).

I get the picture.
As I was there last year, I'm somewhat familiar with Pattaya, so I feel comfortable showing up with a simple hotel reservation and doing the legwork to find a decent place.
Still, if anyone else has solid info such as the quote above, I'd appreciate the lead.

I`ve just come back last week, i stayed at the mooks apartment on 3rd rd, just google it.. great website..

i booked on the net without having to give any deposit.. great communications..

different styles of apartment, from studio - 2 bed apartments.. all brand new..

and one very good point, theres a security card entrance, with no reception, so u can do what u want!!lol

it was a bit pricey, mine cost 14,000 for the month, with 1 month deposit, plus utilities and cleaning, total bill after 22 nights 16,500..
