I stayed at the summer spring hotel over xmas for 9 nights
It cost me 2000 for a superior room for the first 4 nights being
peak season from the 30th dec to 3rd jan then it went down to
1690 baht for the next 5 nights
The hotel was really nice ,big clean room with air con ,safe in room
reception were friendly and ladyboy friendly
I would stay here again and its only a 5 minute baht bus to
walking street ,you can walk to soi6 from it.and big c
I stayed on the 6th floor and it was very quiet at night .

A bit expensive ,you can get a 4 or even 5* on Agoda for that with Breakfast,I stayed Siam Bayview on front near Soi 10, cost me 1800 baht inc Breakfast ,calls itself 4* but as good as the Marriot plus no charge for a guest and dont bat an eye at a LB.
Top place for a week any longer then I would look into an apartment,I have got info from different members here of good quality Apartments for 1000 a night or 14-17000 a month. Complete privacy for a 3 or 4 girl orgy.

i checked that site cheapest you could get for june or july this year was 3000 baht a night ?

i think to boook this hotel for yhe next trip in july someone have been recently, i known is ladyboy friendly, but is possible to take 2 ladyboy together, thanks a lot

I stayed there in November and it was 1200/night - stay 6 nights get one free. They might have the special again this summer, you should call and ask or email them from their site.

i have booked there for my next trip ... 1200bht for a night ... if you buy a membercard for 350bah, the card lasts 1 year and gives you 100baht discount on the roomm rate ...

can someone comfirm that they do not have the small shower for the toilet?

No bumwasher in bathrooms, the LB I was with pointed this out.
