The fact that there are no more pot holes on Soi Chaiyapoon is a good enough reason to visit in itself!

Dont speak too soon Terry, there are one or two spearing already but it does slow the bikes down so not a bad thing

I can't really say I am surprised! I will come and have a proper inspection when I drop by your place for one of your great breakfasts (in between getting wet) in April!

As an example rooms 12A, 3A, & 8B are approx 40 square meters so a similar size to a Studio Condo, 4A, & 6B are slightly smaller, 8A 10A & 1B slightly smaller still and all have separate bedrooms & Lounge & all rooms are en-suite 5 & 6A are standard size rooms, 3 & 4B slightly smaller, 3B is booked long term.

All details on the website and bookings taken via that, any questions please email also via the website.

Nope, I'm pretty sure you covered everything thaidave.... It's actually quite close to the truth.

I was back in the UK for a week last month nd was shocked by what I'd seen. My first thought was I want to get back on a plane to thailand now!!.... lol

Thaidave, I'm going to have a wee look-see at your site. I have 10 nights in Pattaya to come in May and have been looking around.
