Hi guys,

i am staying at Pataya's "Residence Garden" which only offers Appartments/Suites (at a reasonable rate).

I can say that the rooms are very spacious and clean. It offers a small kitchen, a seperate bedroom with TV, a living room with a Flat TV, a balcony and a swimming pool. Each room has a seperate A/C.

The staff is very friendly!

It's quite easy to get to the WS. By walking it takes about 10 minute, but the Hotel is on a Baht-Bus-Line, so it's easy to catch one.

I've booked it at 1.450 Baht/night and find it a very good value for the price.

AND: THEY ARE VERY LB-FRIENDLY (I've tried it out at the first night and continuesly), no extra charge as long as you don't bring more than 1 visitor with you.

My rating: Recommendable.

I also love this hotel. It's at a great price and great location. It's on the road between south pattaya and jomtiem. It's very easy to get from this hotel to anywhere with the baht buses coming by all the time. I also like the Roof Garden just up the street from this hotel. It's not as nice as this hotel but it's a great deal for around 750B. You will never have to worry about bring someone back to these hotels on this road because it's out of the way of GG and ladyboys.
