I've stayed at the Sunshine and thought it was a lil rundown and Dynasty was ok but a lil out of the way. I really don't understand why people kept picking around Soi 7 to stay at. These hotels are over price and a pain in the ass. If I had to pick one off of your list it would be Sandy Spring. Here's where I'll be staying at my next trip http://www.r24.org/p...t/pictures.html It's close eough without being to close.

You should get August suites for about 1300, you may need to haggle to bring the price to that level though.

Have stayed at Sandy Springs, was ok with decent room, but internet was very expensive, so decided not to stay there again.

Sunshine Hotel - Average rooms, but a bit noisy.

A comment about The Haven: I considered staying there but decided against it. Take a look at the Pattaya Addicts website member's remarks about The Haven and ditto for Trip Advisor. Some less than stellar reviews. In sum, rooms are in need of freshening up and management said to be unresponsive by more than one guest... at 1200 baht, not a bargain.

I am a regular customer at Sandy Spring. Big, nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff and guestfriendly. Worth the money. Very often fully booked.
