I am lookin gat a place to stay in the Jomtien complex, Pattaya

Anybody know if it is close to any action? Is it just a taxi ride away? Is it worth it, or indeed safe?

Here's a place I saw before on my last trip there: http://www.r24.org/p...t/pictures.html it's on the road between Pattaya and Jomtien with the baht buses going both ways. It's maybe 10mins away from both places.
