Hope this will help those, who look for a GG and LB friendly hotel near Nana at a reasonable price.

I found Ever Rich inn at the corner of Soi 7, Sukhumvit. Its just on the main road. No separate hotel porch, so you have to walk a few steps towards Soi 5. The hotel is almost invisible from out side.

I stayed in the queen bedroom 1300 bath a night. ABF not included. They have WIFI but you have to pay for that. The hotel staff are very friendly. It’s a clean hotel.

They have a small safe in the room, but you can't put your Laptop in that. They hotel staff were very confident that nothing will be lost from the room.

The reason, I am posting this is, the hotel is at a Prime Location. Soi 7 Beer Garden is just next door. Nana is 3 minutes walk and Eden Club 2 minutes.

The street market is at the door step. Food courts are all nearby. What I like most is the late night food shops at the door step of the hotel. Lots of FL LB wait to be picked up at these places. Some of them are stunners too.

just checked the site, the rooms look good at the pics but are they really like that?
and it looks a bit small i think, but still ok for a few days

Spend 3 day there last year !
Location is perfect , but my room was so fucking small and i didn't talk about the bathroom....impossible to stay at 2 people in the bathroom !
This hotel is ok for 2-3 days but not more than that !
Not for the claustrophobic .

Dunno maybe they have bigger room ?

1300 a little high for the room I spent a couple of nights by the sky train clean room with B/fast for 1k a night
sorry I forgot the name if it comes to me I will post it the good part was 10 walking steps and there the sky train station and it bugging me that I can not remember the train station or the hotel I had my lady boy with me they were very friendly and I had two wonderful days traveling around BKK and sucking her cock )

Yes, just stayed there and rooms are small. I already had another place lined up (Grande Dynasty Inn), so no problem.

Fab shower rooms in this hotel however, as mentioned previosly by a few guys, the rooms are so damn small it's like living in a shoe box. After two days I moved on.
Like virtually all of lower Sukhumvit it is Indian owned and fronted by a tailors shop and I have to say the management and staff were very helpful to me and nothing was too much trouble.
No extra charge for two ladyboys sleeping with me.....no wonder it was small
