Yes it is a good spot to eat.  Along with the  above mentioned Canterbury Tales, Crazy Daves and Chow Soy there is a great choice of eateries withing 40 metres of each other.

I ate last time at a fish and steak place on Pattaya Klang cant remember the name but was halfway down on left ,owned by a french chap.
Absolutely superb Steak with a bottle of Bordeux for about 850bht,not cheap but well worth it and great service.
