[Bolton Beast]

This is a cracking little place to hole up with your chosen paramour, its 500bht a night,free WiFi,cable tv,fridge,aircon,spotless and clean sheets and towels daily if you want them and a cheap laundry over the road,the ladys who run it are very pleasant and broad minded.They also have a hotel Taxi for 800 bht to swampy airport.
No extra charges for guests,very secure and discreet.
I was put onto this place by fellow BMs,last week there were 5 of us staying here,they needed a bloody turnstile on the front door.
Baht bus runs along the end of the Soi only 50m walk and handy for everything.
I usually stay at mid range places like siam Bayview but came to stay here cause of the other BMs,this is my 2nd bout here at this guesthouse and will be here again on my next trip.

I have a thread about this GH on the Hotel section, some pictures as well!!

As Robo said, it is a great little G/H, virtually in the middle of all the action, but it is nice and quiet as well.

It Did resemble a ladyboy knocking shop at times, but it was all done in the best possible taste

Great guest house, saved me a packet as I usually stay in bigger hotels with pool etc, but now I just dive into more ass instead!

Any other good guest houses for 500 Baht?

I read that report just before my last trip and looked for it one night but could not find it. Must admit that I was a bit spiced

Where is it again ? If you can give me a street I will look it up on that photo guide site

IMO its NOT a great guesthouse, I stayed there for about 4 weeks january 2011, 550 bah a nightt, but the wifi is on and off every minutes, when u check the home page of this guesthouse it looks bigger than it really is. Still its free for overnights guest(2-3 or whatever u like)
The nights staff(only one man) says, if guest happy, Im happy...!
Quiet area, no pompam for sleep befor 12 o`clock. Hamburger bar in the corner into soi 12 from 2.road. Very nice if u are hungry before u go to theSiam Guesthouse. 120 baht double cheese..:-) maybe a reason my weight turned up 5 kg when I stayed there..lol

Every room is same zise. Cleaning room and new cheets in bed every day. Close to 2.road etc..etc..
Safe in the lobby. Big refridgerator in room with beer and wine.
My first day I put everything from the refridgerator in an bag and gave it to the front desk girls and told them to never put anything in my refridgerator any more again. No pompam..

Must say its a charming quiet area with maybe 3 or 4 different guesthouse in the same soi. The aircondition is a bit noizy so I turned it off when I went to sleep and started the fan.
I never thought I would sleep withe a fan over my head in Tailand but it was very satisfactionary this time.++
Its close to Orn Bar with some ladyboys show as well

I rather stay 14 days and pay 2 k for a more confortable hotel with a pool next time. Everyone up to their own..

You give it a brilliant write-up, but would not stay again!!!! Up to you!!!

No it does not have a pool, but for 500-550 baht it is brilliant and does exactly what it says on the tin!!!!

Soi 12, Just look for the ICE Hotel on the corner of soi 12/2nd road, then walk 50 m down the dead end soi.

Most rooms are adequate for my personal needs, but there are 5-6 rooms in the guesthouse which are much larger, all you need to do is ask for a large room.

Maybe so, but at my holiday from now on I prefere to stay in a more comfort and bigger hotel/guesthouse with balcony and swimmingpool at rooftop.
Like Holiday Inn, 700 baht with pool at the roof. Same as PBR but cheeper

Ya get what u pay for Siam guest house is the best Guest house accomadation iv stayed in its central to everything the beds are good nice and comfy and like JCS says they have big rooms they also have about 6 rooms at the bottom ov the soi but you would not know they belonged to Siam.... had 3 lbs in my room one night and no xtra cost and everything safe as there safe is behind the counter... This place is the place if moneys abit tight and you just want to do lots ov fucking...... And unlike many budget gaffs the beds here are top notch and i suffer back problems and need a good bed....... have stayed here 4 times in the last few years great for a quick trip to Patts when things are a wee bit tight like i said... Help a brother out and let me know if the Holiday Inn your refering to is the "international chain" or some other one, I looked up the price and all I could find was the international one and that was at 2732 a night.. thanks in advance
