just checked this place on there web site looks relly good and seems brand new is down soi day and night which is good and central for baht bus and eating etc have booked there Deluxe studio september 17,600 baht ... 5,000 depoist think thats relly good and electric and water on top.... check it out www.mosaikapartments pattaya they got a great range ov looms and good price from a wek to a month and over... and they are quick on answering e-mails and nothing to send when booking loom... anyone stayed here before then??

I stayed last week of March 2010 thru 11 April 2010.
Was a nice clean quite place. A little street noise during day which I enjoy.
Be sure to take down electric meter reading when you check in. Not that it is a problem but then for sure it won't become a problem.
There is a charge for cleaning the room which did not include the charge to wash/clean the sheets and towels. I think clean linen was another 100 baht charge on top of the 200 baht to clean the room.
A good laundry was the first street south , turn left, about 30 meters on your left. Good job and a fair price.
If you go south two streets you are on a street that goes to 2nd road. Twenty baht motocycle ride and you are at 2nd road.
Very late at night by where you'd catch the motocycle a LB runs an herbal whisky stand. For ten baht it is worth having a shot of whisky if for nothing else but the experience.
I brought a couple extra towels from home, then used them to wrap up bottles of Gin you can not get at home to bring back safely. Also used after showers and cleaned over at the laundry.
The leather couches are hard to move around on when you are naked, you may want to bring a queen size sheet to cover the coach if you want to be on it naked, especially if sweaty.
Sunee Plaza isn't all that far of a walk, maybe ten minutes, if you want to visit there.
I'd stay there again. You can bargain with them for a price but it has to be done in person. The internet/email doesn't make negotiating easy at all:YMMV

Great Place.
Stayed their from 9-17 April 2011. Stayed in 1 bedroom deluxe (new main building). Very nice bed room and the living room with TV. A bigger bathroom could have been icing on the cake.
And the girls loved it. They really found the apartment very SLEEK. Also, as I am a frequent Thai traveller, I think if u are staying for only 7 days, u should stay in a good apartment. The girls feel that u are here on the long vacation....always better service. hahaaha...
Will be going back in october for long vacation.
