I found a great place on soi bukaow near pook bar. 10m away on the same side of the street is diana estate. Go to the small restaurant inside and they have rooms for rent. I got a renovated room 19k per month, includes breakfast. They have rooms from 15k up to 30k. Diana estae appears to be well managed and maintained with good security and there are 2 excellent swimming pools surrounded by beautiful gardens. As it's a condo you can come and go as you please and the place is very lb friendly. here's their website diana-oasis.com

personally i still prefer L K at the top of the road 15,000 a month all in and can take as many ladyboys or girls back as you want as some of my pictures show.

but then i do need car parking as i drive up from bangkok.
they have a 24 hour guard on the car park there.

800 a night

4,500 a week

15,000 a month

swimming pool 24 hour room service,suits me fine.

19k = 19,000 baht

The most ladyboys I took at one time was 2 but was my personal preference. I think if you are discreet you can do just about anything, but please, I would like the place to stay lb friendly. So if everyone keeps their behaviour within reason we can all continue to use and enjoy the place. just my 2 cents!

Always have a look for the details!
Daily rent includes water and electricity and cleaning service twice weekly.

Monthly rent excludes water and electricity, but includes cleaning service twice weekly.

At the most places in Pattaya with monthly rent you will be charged for electricity or water
separate. In that way is any place for 15.000 THB or else in a month never the final bill.

I sent an email to the Diana Oasis to see if they have anything available in November. It looks good and they are very LB friendly according to their website. I was also checking out the Citin Loft which really looks good, too, but a little far out. Cheap though.

The Diana Oasis emailed me back they don't have anything available for my November dates. I'm not surprised really. I've been looking around for awhile. I don't like being to close to the action. I may do the Citin Loft instead. It's a little father out than I want but cheap and looks really nice.

When the website says that the rooms have orthopedic mattresses - what does this mean? Are they Chinese mattresses (measured in the same unit of hardness as diamonds) like those in Mosaic and basically unsleepable for those of us with ancient bones or are they genuinely comfortable?

Could anyone who has stayed there let me know; the comfortableness (?) of the bed is a deal breaker - as well as a back breaker

Wow, I am extremely impressed with this find!!! I have sent an e-mail out to them and hope they will have an opening for me in March/April time frame. If not, then I suppose I could always just 'hit the streets running' as they say. Any other good locations such as this as opposed to the old last resort hotel? +1 btw

I have booked to stay there in May looks a nice secluded place, if you can find such a place in Pattaya and the
rooms look good with tables and sofas so you can chill in your room at times.
