Rinz, Very coolvid and thanks for the memories I worked at a Teppanyaki steakhouse like this in my teens, and it was so cool seeeing the onion volcano and the egg bouncing trick :) .

I agree the show is almost as good as the food.

One of my oldest friends is a Teppan chef and has studied in Japan, and now works in SoCal for Benihana! So thanks once again for the memories!

I'll have to look this place up on my next trip! Thanks for the tip! :)

Benihana in Pattaya is not listed on their website. Strange.
I found it accidentally when I was looking for the Ripleys Believe it or not museum. Its in the same mall and same floor.
But a very good meal. Steak and lobster with a show - awesome.

The Benihana restaurants in LOS are called Benihana Tokyo. http://www.benihana-...?franchise_id=9

Same as Mcdonalds are called McThai, at least from a web standpoint. http://www.mcthai.co.th/

Aha! That makes sense.
I didn't think that the US would have their own while every other Benihana is on benihanaoftokyo.com.

Thanks for clearing that up, Swedeman

Theres a little alley way down one of the soi 13's , cant place which one now but does great stir fry for 30-35 baht. Packed at lunch time. Downside is the large aircon outlet at the volume of a helicopter, but the foods good.

thats dustbins they belong to the sportsmans :Eating:
