Sorry guys don't listen to me, it's your choice but . . . . do not trust the management of a bar with your health. Some very famous ladyboys are HIV Pos and still working in bars and everyone knows but you the customer. No checks or drug testing (bad for business) no age checks either but many ladyboys are under age guys.

i would recommed everyone who makes regular trips to Thailand to get tested as at least you can get sorted out if you need to be be as soon as possible .Though having said that the only reason I did it was because of job reasons . At the very least the whole experience has made me think a bit more before taking a girl back and although i have always used maximum protection condoms you can never be sure what the girls have been up to and as you know as long as the money is right the girls will sleep with anyone !

we all know the risks, if you are that paranois and worried about it, best you stay at home and plat with palm and her 5 sisters, as that's the only way you can be sure that you will be safe.
imho what a silly topic to start, ffs they are p4p workers, so there is obviously going to be a risk.
on top of the fact also that many of them are out of their tits on some form of narcotics

So I wondered, if there is a ladyboy bar / or gogo, where all the LB are tested every 3 months... This would lower the worrying considerably if a condom breaks. For the girl-scene we've got Devils Den, but is there something similar for the LB scene?
(I fully inderstand that there aint a 100% guarantee the LB is clean, even when they do get tested frequently)
No where as even if bar girls are working in a clean bar, they will be doing whatever else in day or night.
If you always wear a condom, and use lube (as some girls don't carry this) chances it will never happen, and even if it did and the girl was HIV if you are giving then its very very small chance, and if condom split pour mouthwash on your dick.
Hep B is another issue, this is far easier to catch and can cause liver cancer later in life, hep b shots are free in UK if you go to a GUM clinic and simply say you use prostitutes or are gay but I don't think they would understand if you said you were neither! lol

I know one ladboy who said she stuck it in to my a$$ without a condom because she was too horny to put on a condom. I freaked out .. then she showed me the card that she gets regularly tested. Its wasn't enough of a consolidation for me .. I freaked out for another 3 months till I got a STD test in my country to be sure everything was ok. It was ...

And don't be mistaken. Hepatitis can be very, very nasty. Ultimately even lethal.

Protection good. Check.
But then the age issue: can you expect to be able to check ID? What is the polite way to do this? Might fake IDs be a problem?
Apologies if this has been answered before with, hopefully, tactics? So--sorry my forum search "skillz" are definitely not "mad"--links, please?

Each injection confers greater immunity. In other words even after the first shot you will have some worthwhile antibodies floating around. There is also an accelerated schedule (2.3 in the attachment) suggested which might be prudent for you. Most hep vaccines (e.g., Twinrix) also include the hep A vaccine which is a bonus. I suggest you visit your local GP or travel clinic.

No problem, I've found a paper that essentially states immunity starts to develop about 14 days after the first injection. But be warned, full immunity wont be in effect until later doses, so please don't become complacent. And thanks for the +1 much appreciated. enjoy your trip
Adults:
Protection against hepatitis A and hepatitis B develops within 2-4 weeks. In the clinical studies, specific humoral antibodies against hepatitis A were observed in approximately 94% of the adults one month after the first dose and in 100% one month after the third dose (i.e. month 7). Specific humoral antibodies against hepatitis B were observed in 70% of the adults after the first dose and approximately 99% after the third dose.
For use in adults, the 0, 7, 21 day primary schedule plus a fourth dose at month 12 results in 82% and 85% of vaccinees having seroprotective levels of anti-HBV antibodies at 1 and 5 weeks respectively, following the third dose. One month after the fourth dose, all vaccinees demonstrated seroprotective levels of antibody. Seropositivity rates for anti-HAV antibodies were 100% and 99.5% at 1 and 5 weeks respectively following the third dose, and reached 100% one month after the fourth dose.
