I've read many, many stories about unlucky encouters with girls or LB's. Condom broke, too horny to put it etc. After the unfortunate event, the worrying begins. The most terrifying stories about a misinterpreted flu (he thought he had HIV).

So I wondered, if there is a ladyboy bar / or gogo, where all the LB are tested every 3 months... This would lower the worrying considerably if a condom breaks. For the girl-scene we've got Devils Den, but is there something similar for the LB scene?




(I fully inderstand that there aint a 100% guarantee the LB is clean, even when they do get tested frequently)

Talked about this before, but why not for the second time... Testing for HIV is good and I know lots of LBs do it not only for the bar but also for family and her on piece of mind.
But HIV is not at least your biggest concern, bigger should by far be Hepatitis especially C, HIV is hard to get and if you use standard precautions like condom and other safe sex musts there is more or less zero possibility to get it, but with Hepatitis… I’m no doctor but even when I practice safe sex always… I still fear to get it.

bear in mind that it takes about a month to develop hiv antibodies which will show in the test
therefore if you are tested every 3 months that is virtually useless if you have picked up the virus in
the last 3 weeks or so
your best bet is to stick to ladyboys who always carry condoms and lube in their bags !!

I believe pooks bar have tests every three months and if tested HIV positive they get the boot ,but knowing if its 100 % true is another question like allot of other things in thailand.

I think you just need to have fun and have safe sex with a condom with any ladyboys.

Too bad pook doesn't publish the tests, or gives more security about the test really being conducted...

Personally wouldn't mind to pay an extra buck for a tested LB. True: the antibodies will only show up after
3 months, but still your chances of fucking a LB with HIV or Hepatitus C would decrease considerably.

you could always test them yourself - there are many clinics near pook swan house on soi buakhao - it might not
be very romantic though !

I Think the tests that the girls have done at pooks are just your normal tests, swabs etc, for those little nastys which can be passed around, the girls carry cards, im not sure if they go have the blood tests for hiv.
one girl spoke to me a while ago and said doctor only check mouth,dick and ass so took her word for it.

Its interesting the different tests these girls seem to have,I was talking to one of LaBambas girls last night and she was showing me a card for STD tests which appeared to be renewed every 8 weeks and it involved HIV test. She told me Sam will not employ them without it.

it's good to know they are testing for womething - must check this out in more detail next trip.

Just wonder how effective the anal swabs really are - some of the lesser nasties are supposed
to be difficult to shift from this area - fairly easy from the dick and very easy to know if the treatment is
successful

if they keep the lesser infections in control, it is unlikely they would have aids - and the longer
interval for testing would make some sense.

When I was last at a clinic getting checked out, I was told of a new treatment that can prevent HIV infection if caught extremely early. Like the condom breaks, you go to the hospital the next day and tell them about what happens, then they stick you on medication for about 25 days which can stop the virus from taking hold. I cant remember the name of the treatment, but I will ask when I next get checked out.

I am based in the UK though.

I guess we are only talking anal sex mostly,but what about oral,as i love to give my lbs a bj(if they want!)...do we know of any nasties one can get from this?..(i normally use an antiseptic mouthwash after sex and so far havent had any problems....any comments?

Unfortuately there is no difference in the diseases of the mouth or penis or anus as the membrane is the same. It's a galaxy to say a BJ is safe then put a condom on to fuck. There is less friction in a BJ hence less risk, but those viruses are there none the less.
