The Ibis Nana is definately LB friendly and as you say, it is very close to Guess and the Nana Plaza. If you belong to our sister site, bangkokladyboys.net, there is a thread on this hotel with some pictures I took:

Have stayed there twice. Good room for the rate & LB friendly. Seems a lot of Arab types stay there. You get looks from them, but nobody else.
IIRC, it's about a 3 minute walk to Guess Bar & about 4.5 to NEP. Couldn't be more convenient.

nice report - think i will try this one next time when booking online - i use malaysia hotel which is in soi nham duphli
further away (60b by taxi) , abit older but also quite friendly and good value at 800B. there is also a new ibis opposite the
malaysia but this one in soi 4 looks very handy and good value at around 1250B - certainly would do for a night or two if
you have a late flight in or early flight out of the airport.
Also nice to know they are guest friendly as some of these big chains are a bit funny about this simetimes
As a matter of interest do they help out with taxi transfers from the airport ??

The IBIS in Pattaya is also LB friendly. LB just leaves her ID at the front desk
