My favorit LB just called me about a drug razzia at HiBoss in the next days. She has a good friend at the drug police. Avoid this place.

Why avoid?

IF you stay clear of the drugs,you have nothing to fear.

Yes I am with you 100%. Bud if you are at this place when the razzia goes on, you have a lot of unpleasant moments. Thats my point.

Normally the farangs are asked to leave and the girls are piss tested. Providing you have nothing on you that you shouldn't have then you have nothing to hide.

Insomnia gets raided almost on a weekly basis... each time the farangs are asked to leave and it's the girls that are left behind.

A topic like "Avoid Hi-Boss - Drugs" because they might get raided is a bit sensational IMO.

Turned out you were absolutely right on with the warning.

About a week b/4 the start of high season the police descended upon soi 6. From what I read and what was told to me by JiJe unsolicited, only a few girls on the whole soi tested positive for yabba, 3 or 4 who tested positive worked at Hi-Boss.

JiJe bailed out Wan, Joy and another girl whose name I've forgotten. It was 30,000 each from what she said. She told me this story about 30 days ago and I believe her.

The bail out nearly wiped out her savings, but, she saved her friends from a pretty bad fate.

I paid 5000 THB for gambling bail-out of my preciouss. For Yaba some other LB paid 15.000 THB but that was in Korat.

I've been in a soi 6 bar when the police did a raid. We didn't get any bother, we were allowed to sit on the terrace, finish our drinks and watch the show, and it was quite entertaining watching all the underage, high and non-Thai bar girls hiding and running out back doors, trying to escape.

That day about 60% of SOi 6 were rounded up, and a few bars, like Hi Boss had so little staff left they just shut shop, but I didn't see one punter being rounded up or piss tested, let alone collared for nothing. The only warning should be to bar fine early that day if someone catches your eye..

I don't find anything particularly amusing at seeing the police do their victimising of ladyboys, especially when you see them leaving the GG whores alone , the scammers, con men and the obvious illegal workers on Walking St hassling people to get you to go into the Arab disco opposite Hot Tuna pool hall.

Warning! Don't go to LOS! There will be drug raids and indian tailors and prostitutes (even some with PENISES!) everywhere next week. I have a friend who works for the Ministry of Silly Warnings and he confirmed this to me.

Pass this to everyone you know. Friends don't let friends go to thailand.
