I am currently in Pattaya. one month ago I decided to experiment with a ladyboy. I did bouth top and bottom, I thougt she (he) used a condom but this idiot took it off. I noticed it after a few seconds but am now concerned about STD. I know you can do the HIV duo test after 4 weeks. does anybody know the cheapest place in pattaya to do so (it supposed to be a bit expensive).

and allso im a bit shy about telling a doctor about involving in "ladyboysex" and I know with gonorre and klamydia they need to take a sample from your bum to now for shure when being bottom :Cry 2: . does anybody know a clinic whos good at helping you with this in pattaya?

try pattaya inernational hospital opposite big C - they are very good and will do anything you need - not that espensive either.

Another way is to just take the tablets as they are readily available at any pharmacy there over the counter. Take both the clam and the
gonorrhoeea ones to be sure.

Hello

I think I can help- THERE Is such a clinic in Naklua.

Take a Songtauw (Baht Bus) on Second Road and ask the driver if he goes to Naklua (pronounced "NAH-GLUAH")
- some do - some don't - and those that don't turn down Beach Road at the Dolphin Circle...

Ride the Baht Bus to Ryan's Bar (on the left before Soi 18) - now, standing in front of Ryan's, look across
the street and see a clinic with a "GREEN" cross - same shape as the red one used by the International red Cross...

Tell the receptionist you want an STD test and you want to see the Doctor

Dr. is a young male - very easy going - very easy to talk to

- he will cover everything - trust me - without embarrassment! or discomfort!

- ask him about drugs you can take immediately - kind of like the "morning after pill" for pregnancy!

My friend in the US owns a Limousine company and while cleaning was "STUCK" by a syringe left
between the seat and the side wall - Dr put him on meds to prevent HIV inception - all good news!

GO AS SOON AS YOU READ THIS _ THEY HAVE EXTENCED HOURS - BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY

AND IT WILL GIVE YOU PEACE-OF-MIND!

KEEP US POSTED

LASTLY

YOU SHOULD TELL ALL OF US WHO IT WAS AND WHERE YOU FOUND HER! PLEASE!

Ignoring the possibility of a troll in action...are you really concerned about the price of a test when it concerns your own health ?

I will pay whats necessary. I called bangkok hospital pattaya and the pcr test was 4600 bath.
I will pay that but if someone nows a cheaper and equal alternative I will chose that.

I am always against disclosing names of ladyboys supposedly HIV+, because it can be a false information or it can be an action of somebody else do destroy the ladyboy's reputation. However, here we are confronted with something and someone totally different. The ladyboy in question clearly puts the customers in danger, hence it would be vital to know her name to avoid her.

There's no need to tell the doctor anything about who you were with..just get tested.

I hope it all works out good for you.. Keep us posted.

Pattaya Memorial Hospital off 2nd rd. near soi 9 is/was approx 700 bht for proper blood test (HIV) or you can get a quick test at most clinics for around 300.

I've also had plenty of tests for std's ,chlamydia etc and it is a urine test. Never heard of a bumhole sample taken.

Cheers DK

4600 baht isn't bad at all -- I paid US$350 for a PCR test once. But maybe it being a new test back then was a factor.

did the elisa HIV test at pattaya memorial hospital yesterday now about 5 weeks after the incident and wast negative. will do an other one in about 3 weeks. allso tested negative for klamydia, syfilis and gonnorea. but you never know with klamydia and gonnorea when you have been bottom with normal tests, going to do proper test when back in sweden.
went out and celebrated a little after the tests even though I have a cold and I still dont now for shure (knock on wood). but they say most people start producing antibodies with in 4-6 weeks.

Just to add a precision: the post exposure treatment works best if it's taken during the 4 hours after the exposure ( I've been told by a doctor when I went to a hospital in bangkok after a broken condom incident) so don't wait.
IN the next 48 hours at all cost, after it's not effective.

HIV is known to have an incubation period of three months. You should have another HIV test three months after your unprotected contact. Good luck, and thanks for sharing. It takes a lot of courage, even on an online forum, to share these kind of things.

Own health or not, there is no need to pay more than necessary for anything.

If you can wait some more weeks:
The HIV quick tests are 300 baht in soi Buakhow, and 400 baht at the Naklua clinic.
They are 99% accurate.
