Just wondering if anyone has stayed at the Baywalk Residence which is on Pattaya Beach Road near Soi 13/4 and whether it is LB friendly, fees etc.
Cheers
Chris

No joiner fees, I brought 2 girls back several times, just walked right through reception. I also checked before I booked, I read most of the hotel reviews and all comments said no joiner fees.

The only upside was the honesty of the cleaning staff, I left 800bht by mistake in drawer and lady came running after me to give me back, I gave her 500bht just for her honesty, pity the rest of the hotel didnt live upto her great standards, maybe I was unlucky in what room they gave me but the breakfast was truly shite.

Absolutely, I wore that pleather couch out. it has been recently renovated, this is a pic from their website, this is a deluxe room and my room looked exact, I guess we all have different experiences, mine was great, I spoke with a couple other people there and they were satisfied as well.
The house staff was great and very kind, could of stole plenty of change I left laying around, they didnt.
I dont know about the breakfast, from my experience hotel breakfast is bottom of the barrel to begin with.
Asshound, sounds like you stayed there before the renovations, they were just completed summer/fall 2010.
