was down Samui , with a mate and his GG anyway went to the other end ov island (this was 2 years ago ) so we are in Lamai (maybe wrong spelling ) stayed there for 5 nights and had a LB ever night loads in diffrent bars around the boxing ring and also has an LB show across from there... and found two FL sitting on bikes at night on road back to hotel its a one way system so they plot up along that rd i feel its more laid back in Lamai and the LB in Chawang are after younger guys ... Just my two cents would go again infact might nip down for a few nights his trip ..............Regards Garry

have mixed feeling about samui - changed a lot in last few years - had good time with cabaret ladies and small
bars in lamai - but big hikes in prices last year or two !
