hi jokapara, I have stayed soi 4 many times @ the Lotus hotel. I take the ally way to sally's bar. The Windmill guesthouse seems to be new or just got a make over since i can't remember seeing it while i was there twice last year for a total of 4 months !!!
Anyways soi 4 & 5 r a good bet and u always get a better price if u stay for a long time. what i usually do is stay for a couple of days and look around for something that i like and move in for the duration of my holiday. U might also want to check this out
http://www.pattayaho...52_english.html (not the one shown but the website) i stayed in a unit there for two months and was very happy.

HI there,
Wi-fi is free but not very fast. However, if u really need the speed then u can buy a net card from the sales office of the complex in the back, they offer high speed internet for a reasonable price but i cant remember how much.
House keeping is daily for short term ST
In the evening there is a security guard that keeps the I.D's till the girls leaves (i usually give him a treat $ and he will be more than happy to run a few errands).
Its a great for me i had a 7/11 as well as a family mart next to me, a few bars one of which had beer for bht45 all day...across the street is jomtien complex that everyone knows for sure.
Hope that answers a few questions about the place.

But twice a week for LT
. What i did was to ask for more linen and towels which they add on the agreement as returnables. If i needed urgently, lets say after a 3sm
then there's a laundry under the building that will do express. Water and electric is billed for long stay, i paid somthing around bht2,700-3,300 for both after a 50 days so it's ok.
