I came across this hotel and it looks decent, LB friendly, good price & location, but wondering if anyone stayed there ?. It is located at BoyzTown complex. I am mainly concerned about hygiene, safety and noise. Appreciate any fair comments.

Hotel looks nice, however is primarily geared to gays looking for men as opposed to Ladyboys. Most members here seek Ladtboys so might not have stayed there.
