Breakfast at Pattaya Bay Resort finishes at 11am so you will make it in time.
Personally, I wouldn't bother unles it has improved dramatically recently!
What is not widely known is that when you check in, you can ask for the room without breakfast and they knock off 100 baht(I think)per day from the price. This was high season - they may knock off a lesser amount in low season. If, like me, you don't get up in time or if you do, you prefer to nip over 2nd road to get all you can eat buffet in the hotel almost opposite The Avenue shopping centre (sorry the name escapes me but if it is important to anyone, I'll check when I am back in April) then it is good little saver (equivalent to one and a half beers per day, ten per week and so on!).

Afraid that I have never stayed there - although I am going to go to their bookshop when I get in from my sojourn in the Pilippines! I have a little hideaway off Pattaya Klang where I stay now.

sorry rick - it was travis who mentioned canterbury tales !
I think the buffet you mentioned is at the Lek hotel opposite the avenues and up a bit on 2nd road.

Travis Bickle, just out of interest, why would you stay in Canterbury Tales for 800bath, when for just 200bath more, you could stay at the relatively luxurious Pattaya Bay Resort - 1000bath?
200bath more - what's that ... £4.50 a night extra?
