I mostly stick to BKK so Majestic suites is perfect been going there years with GG and LB (never at the same time though).
Pattaya I’ve just started exploring though I don’t like it as much as BKK as I think the quality is woeful very hard to spot a cute one anywhere. But never had a problem when I’ve stayed in Sabai resort on second Rd or Dynasty Inn soi 13.

557 M, 10 Phratamnak Road,
Tambol Nongprue,
Amphue banglamung,
Pattaya Chonburi, Thailand
Tel : 0-3842-3300-2 , 0-3842-6024-6
Fax : 0-3842-6124
The Above mentioned Hotel is pretty chilled. The rooms are nice, clean and good food and when I say good food I mean it cause I am a fussy eater. Staff very friendly and helpful. LB FRIENDLY. They have their safe or lockers as you wanna call them. A 5 Minute walk from Walking Street which is the best thing.
I stayed there for 4 nights as I was alone plus it being my first trip. I got an LB the very first night but was stopped at the reception. The LB was asked for her ID after presenting it they took a Xerox of the same asked me to pay 300B as guest charges and when she left in the morning I got a call in the Room which I obviously did not answer. They sent the Room Service / House Keeping guy to check and see if everything was fine and if I am alive and none of my valuables are robber. While all that happened they kept the LB waiting down thats till I told them everythings cool and she could leave. Fucking amazing service. It was for all the 4 days that I stayed there. and I paid what approx a 150$ - 250 $ for 4 nights just my stay with the mroning Breakfast.
So try it out thats all that I can recomend.

I like that they keep the ID and call you to see if all is well. (Why didn't you answer?) However, the joiner fee is unacceptible in my opinion. There are lots of LB friendly places with no fees and friendly staff. I'll pass on this place.

Galaxy suites is in a prime location. If you are a ST guy like me, it is of great value. The only negative side I hear is about the size of their rooms.
Hope it works out well for you mate !

First of all, if a hotel doesn't have a problem with GG guests, I'd be really surprised if they discriminate against LBs. Obviously there'll be the odd exception, maybe if an individual hotel manager has a personal grievance with LBs. But generally, it's all the same to them.
Second, if they charge a "joiner fee", I'd check out next day as a matter of principle. There are thousands - even 5* - that don't!
My own findings for guest-friendly hotels:
PATTAYA
Lek
Sandy Spring (nice hotel too)
LK Renaissance.
BANGKOK
Woraburi, long way down Soi 4 (as recommended by several other posters - I once checked in there at 11 am and a freelance LB actually followed me from the check-in up to my room!)
Dynasty Inn Grande, Soi 4/6. You can't really go wrong here. Quite smart, good standard, very guest friendly (couldn't give a shit) and literally seconds away from Guess Bar, then five minutes max to NEP and Sukhumvit.

Do you have anymore info on the Flipper Lodge like location, room prices, contact details? Can I view it on the Web?

Especially in Thailand!
This is completely unnacceptable!
You're either Guest Friendly, or Not!
I would never stay at a hotel that descriminates against any sex, expecially our beloved LBs!

May be it would ne better to break down the hotels between 5/4 stars and the rest. Please highligh whether there is a joiner fee. I stayed in Marriot last October and no problems there with taking ladyboy back to room plus no joiner fee .
