Just finishing my newbie trip to Patts. I had looked at all sorts of hotels. My trip was only 5 nights so I could easily afford to stay anywhere. I settled on the Lincoln due to the excellent reputation of one of the principals, PowerBob and the strong recomendation of JohnnyDiver. I have not been disapointed at all.

The room is large and beautiful with good service and immaculately clean. The staff could not be nicer and not a single eyebrow raised on LB joiners. No question. no comment, nothing but gracious welcome and cheerful smiles.

The food is top notch at very fair prices. Both European and Thai fare is served and both is outstanding. It seems to be a popular stop for the local ex-pat crowd. I would stay again, no question at all. I am trying to figure out how soon I can come back.

The only thing that I would warn anyone about is that this is not the Penthouse. It is a very quiet nice little guesthouse. Very peaceful and a nice relaxing place to unwind. I would not pick this if my intention was to barfine the whole staff from Hi Boss and have a party. For those that enjoy a nice place for a GFE with a LT joiner, it is perfect.

went by this place a few times on my bike - must give it a go next time - like the idea of relaxing in a nice quiet place
as most hotels in pattaya seem to be very noisy.
by the way , does anyone know who owns the place ??

Actually, I think its' 750 and 850 now but whatever, it is an excellent value. I had one of the non balcony rooms and it was just great.

I asked my LB friend what she thought. She said that I should definitely stay there again because everyone on the staff treated her very kindly and no problem with using the bar or dining room either. She also confirmed that the Thai food was very good, nice to have the opinion of an expert.

For more info:
Info@Lincoln-Pattaya.Com or Pranom_Son@Hotmsil.Com is the manager.

Just leave me a room this June.

Heading back here in June.

I E-Mailed my reservation request and Nom sent me a wonderful gushing note welcoming me back. Feels really good to be remembered like that. Can't wait! :Smile 1:

This is the Lincoln Inn on Third Road (saay saam), more or less opposite the Village? I've walked past countless times, and in fact live not too far away. May pop in for a drink or a bite.

Try Monday nights. They have the pool league and you can meet Bob and his ex-pat buddies. Really nice bunch.

I emaile to Lincoln twice already, I didn't receive any reply from them yet, I'm thinking maybe because my trip is a few months away, they didn't bother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My flight is booked already and paid, and I would like to finish with this hotel booking as well.
I'm repeating myself again, LB friendly hotel, walking distance from soi 6 or LB bars, and not in the middle of action.
