Hi to everybody!

i will go to pattaya at 14 (after 4 days) in the morning... I've been three times there, some times i stayed at north (far) and some other times in one-two hotels in a soi in walking street.

Since its Songran day and i will get scr**ed by the waters (happened to me last year:), I really need your help on finding a cheap guest house or hotel, i only want to have Aircondition (absolutely since my asthma kills me), to be NEAR the walking street (max five mins of walk), or inside a Soi in walking street, and be 1-2 joiners free.. (actually if there is no reception its much better for me) :)

Any ideas???

Thank you very much!!!

Check also Swiss Food hotel. I spent my last Songkran there. Hotel is on Soi Diamond, only few meters from Walking Street, rooms are clean, cheap (550 THB I think) and big enough.

What about Oasis-Diana. Anyone stayed there?? what about the joiners?? everything allowed??? ... ?

They told me 1000/night, expensive at least, but what about the others? joiners, lb, 1/2 persons together etc?

Thank you !!!

The Lincoln, run by Bob, who also runs Stringfellows.

No joiners fees, breakfast served late, 11-2 I think? And def no problems for Ladyboys.

Great food too btw :D

ETA: Its about 10-15mins walking distance, but I have a rather purposeful stride. Well, till I've seen Suzy anyway.

Target Regency Guest House no joiner fee since they have a back entrance (see my review) only 450 baht and near Pook Bar Soi Buakao. If you expect to have 2 or more guests ask for extra towels LOL.

There is a moto stand about 30 meters south on 3rd and another one across the street from that one. Only 2-3 minutes on the bike. Too lazy to walk in the heat.

You are right, great food and big fluffy beds too. Can't wait to get back.
