I think its plus tax also Jcs, and heard the walls are pretty much thin so might aswell all shag in same room as can hear all

Yeah Fie Dollah is right, its plus tax so it works out at about 1170 a night, and there is a 500baht deposit per night that you get back when you check out.

Its very true about the thin walls also. Last time I was there a guy and his ladyboy were in the room next to mine, and they were constantly having lovers tiffs and I could hear every word of it. The make up sex sounded great though.

It has a great location though, and a nice pool area on the roof. Free wifi in all rooms also.

Fie Dollah I think am in Thailand the same dates as yourself in June. If we cross paths I will make sure to buy you a beer.

I`ve been there two times since 2010. If I understand you correct you payed 500 baht every day in deposit??
First time for me in July 2010 I payed for my whole staying 10 nights first day 990x10=9900k
The second time in november 2010 1399x16=22384 baht

And no deposit at any time, just gave the staff some tips now and then.
Something I`ve missed here Sixtyeightplusone???

Plus the 500 bhat per night is capped at 3000 bhat total. When I was there in 2009 they just canceled the charge slip.

Fie, the "low rates" make up for the "thin walls" and it might be like a live porno,so this can't be all bad .

Stayed last year for a week paid for my room in advance with cc 999 + 7% tax with 1 night free after 6 nights, took no deposit just a swipe of my card ,the slip was given back to me at the end of my stay, no harm , no foul certainly no problem.
As for the thin walls didnt find them any worse than many hotels of the same vintage in the area, the main noise was the clip clop of prossys high heels trooping up and down the marble corridors but with enough oil inside you or being pre occupied shagging again no probs
