Has anyone had the same experience and then tried either Cialis or Viagra?

The one thing I would say about Kamagra is that it is mainly produced in India in substandard factories where the company's are not regulated by the world health authorities. A possible reason for the Kamagra gel you used not working could be that the manufacturer has not mixed in the active ingredient Sildenafil Citrate correctly thus reducing the potency and rendering it useless. However many BM's would argue that Kamagra gels etc work well for them. It is kind of hit and miss I think. The pharmacy I use sells real Cialis and not the fake stuff that is peddled in many places in Pattaya.
Once again I will reiterate that taking ED drugs that are not prescribed to you by a medical professional can be dangerous and unwise but it is your own choice.
I am surprised that you say it made you feel like you had 'HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE' as Sildenafil Citrate is often used in the treatment of Hypertension to reduce blood pressure.
You shouldn't find it embarrassing that you struggled to 'get it up' on your last day or that Kamagra didn't work. Many healthy people experience problems with erections once in a while, especially if they have been doing it the amount of times I'm sure you did while on holiday! You should be happy it was only your last day and not the whole time like some other people sadly experience!

Alcohol in moderation while taking ED Drugs is Ok and has little effect on the effectiveness of the drug. Alcohol consumption with ED drugs can increase your chances of suffering from headaches, increased heart rate and low blood pressure.
I think the chances are Seran purchased poor quality Kemagra gel that had little of the active ingredient and that is why it didn't work.
Plenty of studies have been carried out to investigate the effect ED drugs have when consumed with alcohol and mostly they show few changes in the effectiveness of the drug. I myself have used Cialis when I have consumed a large amount of alcohol and found it to still work perfectly but obviously this isn't recommended!

Sildenafil Citrate is the active ingredient and works exactly the same, regardless of the "name brand".

Make sure you are well hydrated as well, it is basically the water in your body that makes your dick work. If you are on extended days of drinking in the Thai heat, you could easily be facing dehydration and mild heat exhaustion.
5$, poppers cause extreme dilation of the vascular arteries and can cause heart attacks and strokes. The stuff is really dangerous and not recommended under any circumstances. For older people and those with heart issues it could be suicidal particularly when mixed with Viagra.

Kamagra is a Generic drug comparable to Viagra, but what you have to remember is that Viagra is manufactured by Pfizer a massive pharmaceutical company who are strictly regulated and insure that every Viagra pill has the correct % of the active ingredient Sildenafil citrate included. However Kamagra is manufactured in poor quality factories in India which are not regulated by any organisations and has not been rigorously tested in clinical trials like Viagra has. Due to the poor production quality in these factories, many Kamagra products end up having too much or too little of the active ingredient which can either be dangerous or render the drug completely useless.
You are correct that Sildenafil Citrate is the active ingredient in Viagra but your statement "Works exactly the same, regardless of the name brand is wrong". ACTIVE INGREDIENTS....Viagra-Sildenafil Levitra- Vardenafil Ciallis-Tadalafil. All PDE5 inhibitors but with different a different chemical structure which effects half life or the drug, side effects and other factors.

By Paul Sandle | Reuters
LONDON (Reuters) - A British medical company has had its erection-enhancing condom recommended for European approval.
Futura Medical said its CSD500 condom -- licensed to pharmaceutical firm Reckitt Benckiser for sale under its Durex brand has gel in its tip that dilates the arteries and increases blood flow to the penis, resulting in a firmer and bigger erection.
Futura said on Monday products usually took about a month to receive CE mark certification after recommendation. The mark would enable the condom to be sold in 29 European territories and a number of other non-European countries.
Futura said on its website that the CSD500 will be a condom used by healthy men to help maintain afirmer erection during intercourse whilst wearing a condom.
In a double blind clinical study comparing CSD500 against a standard condom co-sponsored by Futura, of those who expressed a preference, a significant proportion of both men and women reported improvements in the firmness of the man's erection during intercourse when using CSD500, compared against a standard condom, the company said.
Furthermore, of those who expressed a preference, a significant proportion of both men and women also felt that CSD500 increased the penis size and a significant proportion of women reported a longer lasting sexual experience.

Stay hydrated, drink a lot of water and not a lot of booze. If your piss aint clear, you aint drinking enough water.
Kamagra has worked well for me,but the pills have been more reliable than the gel. Buy them from a 'reliable' store, not a guy on the street and don't buy i if you see any chinese writing on the packaging (serious here, if you think the Indian manufacturing standards are low imagine a mainland chinese facility).
Get a pill cutter, and chop the pills in 1/2 (1/3...1/4), take one slice before going out for the night and another one before heading back to the hotel.
Fondle a lot of cock in the bar to get the blood flowing before heading to the hotel.

Pfizer's patent on Viagra expires next March (2012), so legal generics will become available on SC-based products, and both the availability and prices should get better.
