Kamagra gels was hit or miss with me as well, when it worked it worked well, other times nothing. I believe it goes back to what has been said about the quality of production and proper dosage in each packet. I found them helpful after a late night of drinking when they worked. I recently found two packets I tucked away in my suitcase after I gave up on the last dose not working, maybe I will give them a try soon. For me, the use was just to try for fun and see what happened but I would not want to count on Kamagra gels if I really needed it.

I tried a MaxMan someone gave me last night, chinese package and all. "All natural" claims notwithstanding,
I was skeptical. But it did seem to work! But maybe that was because I hadn't so much as jacked off in 5 days!
In spite of this, I could not come. Dunno if that was the alcohol or the fact my girl kept pleading "I hurt!".
Alas.

How do you know that it is real? The Philippines are awash with fake cialis being sold in identical boxes and if it is there, it probably is also in LOS. If you are a distributor of generic cialis, then it makes sense to pop it into a box which is identical to the pukka stuff, whack up the margin and wait for the repeat orders. The chances are that it will work given that it has the correct active ingredient plus the power of one's mind telling you that all is now OK. And of course, there are those who just put sugar pills (or worse, something positively harmful) into the right looking box and then sell it on to us gullible farangs without a qualm.

I am not asking in a spirit of antagonism, but out of curiousity. How does one tell that the Western branded medical drugs one gets in Thailand are genuine and not either pirated and put into the correct packaging or just fake with all the potential problems that that gives?

Me? I buy Cialis as Apcialis from the chemist on Second Road, next to the Avenue shopping Centre. I am not paying for the brand name which probably (might) mean that there is less incentive for someone to rip me off. And since it works, complete with a resultant headache, it probably does indeed contain some form of ED active ingredient!

I do use Kamagra jel but I get mine in UK...n always works even when I'm bit drank..

I was a fan of Cialis even though I did get some dizziness as a side effect . Now that I have used Kamagra gel it is my drug of choice , I found it just as effective with no side effects and relatively much cheaper .

On the warning label of viagra cialis and levitra it say not to take with Grapefruit juice. I asked the Dr why and he stated that the juice allows for more of the drug to be absorbed an can lead to that 4 hour erection which can pop capillaries in your penis rendering it useless. Grapefruit juice does that to a lot of drugs both prescription and OTC. I had an Ozzie friend who would take a Cialis every morning like a vitamin there were times we were walking down the road where we would have to pop into a bar and sit for awhile because he couldn't control his erection. It was funny as hell even out on his morning jogs.

I am a levitra man myself viagra gives me a wicked headache and I haven't tried Cialis yet.

got very nasty headache with viagra and kamagra - first time with cialis was very good and no side effects but
have tried it again but not so effective

Absolutely agree ... the ED drugs open up the penile ducts which fill with blood (which has to come from somewhere else ... usually the spleen to begin with) ... the also dilate the blood vessels everywhere ...

When you throw poppers (various alkyl nitrates) into the mix they smooth muscles, including the sphincter muscles of the anus (nice). But smooth muscle surrounds the body's blood vessels and when relaxed causes these vessels to dilate resulting in an immediate increase in heart rate and blood flow throughout the body...

Add poppers to ED drugs and you overtax an already maxed out circulatory system ... blood pressure drops, you black out (and maybe you die ... ending up in the same embarrassing position as David Carradine (well, maybe less dramatic) ... ugh

ED drugs still require that you are psychologically into it ... they are amplifiers of existing functions. If you are alcohol-ed or sexed out, even they can't help

Sometimes its good just to have a Pattaya 'soda' day with no beer or other drinks, just to get your head straightened out IMHO

I have used viagra on a few trips to Patts and it gives me a hell of a boner when I need it. I usually pound the beers too so the headache could be the beers or the little blue pill. The boner is there even if I am drunk. I do find that with the strong viagra that I can get a pain in the boner the next morning which wears off eventually, or with the help of a wank :-)
