to underline this statement as it is not really new but not published so often (study was from 2008).

yes really,
Pèeople with teraphy-HAART_ are not infected because viremy in blood is undetectable under 40 copies..

Viremy is the quantity of virus exixt in blood...
if subject is under 40 copies, virus in blood is "undetectabele" so no contagious and can not infected a partner!
