A few months ago I had a few coronary stents fitted to unblock an artery. I have to take isosorbide mononitrate tablets for a year, whilst the tubes settle in. Of course,ED meds (viagra/kamagra/cilais etc) are incompatible, as blood pressure might fall to fatal low levels if the two are taken together.
Any other hard-on pills out there that will work with nitrates?
Stents,nitrates and blue diamonds

Not that I'm aware of, at least not amongst the tried-and-true. There are probably some "natural homeopathic" things that might not have the warnings that the nitrates do, but I certainly wouldn't mess with them as they either won't work, or they might kill you anyway.
A hard-on isn't worth your life.
Maybe someone will know of some really amazing herbal remedy, but I doubt it. And if they did and you can verify the veracity of their claims, it might be doubly hard to determine what sort of medical hazards it might create for your recovering heart muscles.

If you are in the New York Area, PM me, I know a Homeopathic doctor that may be able to give you a straight answer on that.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, you are quite right that ED Drugs such as Viagra/Cialis etc could cause you serious problems while on nitrates. However I believe that ALPROSTADIL can be used while on Nitrates to treat ED. It comes either as an injection (Caverject) or as a pellet placed into the Urinary opening. Obviously it causes the walls of blood vessels to relax so has the potential when combined with Nitrates to increase the risk of low blood pressure. My understanding though is that this risk is drastically lower than when compared with PDE5 inhibitor ED drugs such as Cialis/Viagra etc.
I could be completely wrong but it may be worth asking your doctor about this option.
Just so you know I am a Pharmacology graduate working for a pharmaceutical company and have posted in other threads about ED drugs, although I must stress it is not my area of expertise!
Good luck and I'm sure that year on Nitrates will come in quick and then you can get yourself to Pattaya for some LB Lovin!

Thia is your lifes machine you are talking about. Your heart is not just something you lose when spotting some new ladyboy, it is sort of important. Don't take any advice over the internet and risk what you potentially could be up to in a year's time. Just go back to your specialist and DON'T BE SHY. Tell him/her you want to be naughty big time and ask his advice. I would imagine
'Caverject' would be the safest option but as that plays with aspects of your vascular system, only a specialist can advise you.

I have stents but, although I take a concoction of blood thinning pills, no-one ever put me on nitrates.
I can't take ED drugs for other (medical) reasons, but you should discuss the problem with your cardiologist, be frank with him and I am pretty certain he will put you on drugs that are not nitrates and which allow you to take ED drugs.
