hello to all members,
someone knows a place where it is possible rent a room for long time 6 months at cheapest price 6000 bath for month?
in jomtien, central Pattaya, near soi buakao, for me not importance from june to dicember..2011

go to coffee shop opposite honey inn soapy massage on soi 11 and ask for Jupp - she will sort you out !
also many places near to there on soi LK metro in this price range
most hotels have increased their monthly rates to around 10000B in recent times

Yeah and I notice no Air Con !!! Probably why so cheap. And I bet there's no bum hose either.

Honestly in the Soi Buakhow area 6000 Bht a month will get you a very ordinary room. You get what you pay for.

Hotel owners are not so desperate these days to get 6 monthly tenants like they used to. Most Hotels/Guest Houses are well occupied pretty well all year round.
